Logan (Utah) quarterback Jeff Manning may be the Beehive State's top passer in the class of 2009.

After leading Logan to the state title in 2007, Manning is looking to capitalize and have a strong spring in hopes of landing his first offer.

We caught up with Manning after the Badger/New Level Pass Camp in Las Vegas last weekend.
