Tim Breaker, a 6-foot, 180-pound safety prospect from Glassboro High School is in the process of lining up unofficial visits for the spring so he can get out there and put a face to a name with college coaches. He has already been out to Penn State, Temple and West Virginia and spoke a bit about each school with us. “The schools I’m hearing from the most right now have been Penn State, Clemson, Maryland, Syracuse, Rutgers, West Virginia and Temple,” Breaker stated. “I went down to Temple recently and they treat you really well down there. I grew up in the city, so the environment down there was just like home for me.” “My trip to West Virginia went really well too,” Breaker explained. “I think I’d fit in there and like that the environment would be a change of pace for me being out in the country. Their practice was extremely up-tempo and I loved that. The coaching staff interacted with the players really well and they seem to be interested in me.” “Penn State is probably the school that stands out the most to me right now in terms of how much interest they’re showing me. I really liked it a lot up there because they have a beautiful campus and stadium. You also have that great tradition with Penn State that not many programs have.” As a junior, Breaker made 56 tackles and intercepted five passes. He had a total of nine touchdowns on offense as well. |
