Delaware is one of the most overlooked states when it comes to high school football recruiting, however on a yearly basis teams can always find some gems that come out of the state and go onto great careers. This year Hodgson Vo-Tech High School has two young players in twin brother Jamal and Jamil Merrell that are being heavily recruited and have double-digit offers between them already.
