San Jose (Calif.) Bellarmine Prep linebacker Michael Clay, the #11-ranked WLB in the country by Scout.com, received his first offer on Saturday.

"Cal offered me at Junior Day," said Clay.

The offer from the Bears stands out for Clay, as Cal is his leader, but he's not ready to end his recruitment.

"I didn't pull the trigger just yet," said Clay. "I'm going to wait."

During his 2007 junior season, Clay had 110 tackles and earned WCAL Linebacker MVP honors, and he helped lead the Bells to the WCAL title.
