Tenn. OL Visiting, Camping
Hunter Beedle reported the following teams have shown interest, "Middle Tennessee State, Louisville, Virginia, Auburn, Tennessee, Georgia Teach and Boston College." Beedle has been on several Junior Day visits throughout the southeast this recruiting season. He reports of his time in Louisville, "I met with the coaches and what I saw of the offense I really liked it. It's real similar to the offense we run in high school, real upbeat. I was really impressed." When Beedle traveled to Auburn he was very impressed. He said, "I've been down there multiple times. I went down there last year twice. I just felt really comfortable down there. It was a small good atmosphere." He has also traveled north to Virginia. "The facilities are top notch," he said. "I like the tradition, the academic tradition and tradition overall." In his travels he has also stayed close to home with the in-state school Tennessee. "I've been to Tennessee multiple times because it's only an hour away," he explained. "I just love Tennessee. I always root for Tennessee. I got to meet all the coaches and see their facilities, and it was good." Another in-state school Beedle has visited and has a lot of interest in is Vanderbilt. "It was great. I really like Coach Caldwell, the offensive line coach. It seems like he has a good Christian faith, and that's important to me," explained Beedle of his visit. As far as where he goes from here Beedle has a lot of plans to attend camps this summer. He explained, "All the schools I talked about have invited me to come to camp and the University of Kentucky has invited me to go to camp. I plan to go to Vanderbilt's camp as well." Beedle explains he does have a few favorites, "Vanderbilt, Tennessee, and Auburn are my favorites. I have not been to Middle Tennessee, so I don't know yet." Beedle has been a big part of the success at Sullivan South. His team has been three time conference champs, and he hopes to continue that tradition. He said of his team, "Our goals for our team are to win a fourth straight conference title and to go to the state championship game." On a personal level Beedle explains his goals, "Goals for me are to gain some scholarship offers and hopefully graduate early." Beedle reports his strengths, "I think I'm a well rounded player. I'm aggressive." He plans this summer to work on improving his skills in hopes of landing his first offer. He explains the areas he plans to improve by saying, "My strength, my speed and my quickness."
