One of the premier passers on the West Coast in the class of 2009 is Danville (Calif.) San Ramon Valley's Joe Southwick. The strong-armed righty threw for 3,165 yards on a 63% completion rate, threw 35 touchdowns and ran for three of them in leading San Ramon Valley to the CIF-NCS 3A and Section title.
