We are going to release the Preseason Top 40 for the State of Mississippi over the next forty days. Today we are going to profile the Olive Branch standout.

- Earned the starting job for Coach Scott Samsel's club. Had the highest grade out of all of the linemen.
Why Top 40
- "Demarcus has a chance to be a solid D1 player," added Olive Branch head coach, Scott Samsel. "He was one of the better offensive linemen in Mississippi and Demarcus was only a junior. He is going to be a good one for somebody."
"I can really think of the field," added DeMarcus Harris. "My pass protection is my biggest strength, and I am not scared of nobody."
