Rancho Cucamonga (Calif.) Los Osos running back Arby Fields (5-10, 190) got good news last week when his first offer came in.
"Arby got his first offer last week from Northwestern," said Los Osos offensive coordinator Matt Bechtel.
Fields is the second player from Los Osos to receive an offer, joining teammate Richard Brehaut.
During his junior year, Fields ran for 1,144 yards and 17 touchdowns, had 18 receptions for 262 yards and a touchdown and defensively added 34 tackles. He also returned a kickoff 99 yards for a score.
