Scout.com was on the scene on West Girard Avenue in Philadelphia, Pa., on Wednesday afternoon to watch Mark Arcidiacono give his verbal commitment to the Penn State Nittany Lions. The library at St. Joseph’s Prep was full of with reporters, Mark’s huge family and friends and teammates, giving him a roaring cheer when he made his commitment official.
