Anaheim (Calif.) Servite cornerback Bijon Samoodi (5-8, 160), had an outstanding junior season, when he was named First Team all-Trinity League defense, First Team All-CIF-SS Pac-5 and all-Orange County and earned Second Team All-State Underclass honors for Servite.

Samoodi had 35 tackles, six interceptions and a touchdown for the Friars, who advanced to the CIF-SS Pac-5 semifinals.
