Harbor City (Calif.) Narbonne safety Sean Parker (6-1, 180), will be one of the top prospects in the West in the class of 2010.

Parker started as a sophomore for Narbonne and averaged six tackles a game and is one of the hardest hitters in the West. He was named First Team all-Marine League in 2007.
