Stock is rising

The 6' 0", 275 Godby standout has been receiving a lot of recruiting attention this spring as over 50 colleges came and scouted him during spring ball.

The added exposure has parlayed into many new scholarship offers.

Gaines previously held scholarships from South Florida, FIU, and Central Florida before Spring ball, but Ole Miss made their offer formal last night, while Auburn came through with a written offer on Monday.

The list does not stop there as Colorado, Arkansas, Iowa State, Tulane, and East Carolina have also extended scholarship offers to the 3A All-State OL who now projects at DT on the next level.
