Posted May 30, 2008

Today we will look at Mississippi's #23 preseason rated prospect.

#23 Ranked Player in Mississippi

Reuben Corley
South Panola
City: Batesville, MS
6' 1", 230, 4.7 (40 time) 360 (bench) and 450 (squat)
Date of Birth:
October 11, 1989
Projected Position:

2007 Football Season:
75 pancake blocks. Named 1st Team All-Region 1(5A).

Why Top 40 in Football:
"I am the best fullback in Mississippi. I am the best at blocking and being a dominate player in the game. I can change the game around, and there are not too many fullbacks who can do that."

"We will use him at fullback, h-back, and he will get in some snaps at tight end," added South Panola head coach, Lance Pogue. "He is a 6' 1", 230 pounder who has a great deal of strength and is very explosive. He is just a true old fashion fullback, just rugged. We did not use him much at running the ball last year because of Tig, but if there is a team looking for an old fashion fullback, Reuben fits the bill."
