HONOLULU, HI - Scout.com recently spoke with Billy Ray Stutzmann, a 6-1, 170-pound receiver prospect from the Saint Louis School in Honolulu. The Crusaders have a proud football tradition, and Stutzmann is poised to continue that legacy. He already has two D1 scholarship offers, and more appear to be on the horizon.
