Ventura (Calif.) St. Bonaventure safety Xavier Ramos (6-0, 180), received his second offer over the weekend.

"Oregon just offered Xavier," said John Diaz of YAC.

Ramos had 44 tackles to help the Seraphs win the CIF-SS Northern Division title and the CIF State D-III Championship Bowl in 2007.

Army was the first program to offer Ramos.
