Another Offer for Spencer

Moreno Valley (Calif.) Rancho Verde safety Richard Spencer is keeping pace with his Mustang teammates, adding his third offer to the mix this week from a Conference USA who traditionally recruits the Inland Empire well...

Moreno Valley (Calif.) Rancho Verde safety Richard Spencer (6-0, 190), added his third offer on Wednesday.

"UTEP just offered me," said Spencer. "They said out of all the safties they were recruiting, I'm number one."

The Miners join Syracuse and Nevada in offering the three-star Spencer.

Spencer is one of four Rancho Verde prospects to be offered this spring, joining running back Daniel Jenkins, tight end Terrence Miller and linebacker Eric Martin.

Jenkins will be at the UCLA camp this weekend.
