Scout.com spoke Sunday with Allen Mooney, a 5-foot-11, 220-pound linebacker prospect from O'Dea High School in Seattle, and we learned that at least one Division-1 program from the northwest thinks Mooney is the top 'backer on their list. The real question is; will Mooney make them the top school on his commitment list?
