Tallahassee (Fla.) Leon standout offensive lineman Andrew Carter is an incredible athlete for someone his size. He runs a 4.8 forty-yard dash, and he is being looked at as a potential defensive lineman as well. He now has offers from at least 16 schools. Scout.com caught up with him for the latest on the recruiting front.
