Watkins Has A Leader Premium Story

Many schools are choosing to wait on Birmingham Brother Rice defensive back Kenny Watkins. Even though he has done very well in the camps he has gone to, he still has been told maybe by several schools because he missed all of last season. However, today, one Big Ten school decided they had seen enough, offered Watkins and immediately moved to the top of his list.
