Scout.com's # 13 nationally rated overall prospect was cleared by the NCAA clearinghouse on Friday. The USM signee is now fully eligible and ready to set some records down in Hattiesburg.

The 6' 5", 210 pound Ocean Springs product is also a Parade and Army All-American.

DeAndre finished the 2007 season with over 1, 600 yards of offense and 15 TD's.
