Rogers Calling the Dawgs Premium Story

Anthony Rogers has picked up four scholarship offers, but perhaps the offer that has caused the most commotion is the one that has not come. The home state Arkansas Razorbacks have not pulled the trigger on an offering the Little Rock product, but the talk has been positive.
