Chase Vasser: By The Numbers

UGA Commit Chase Vasser

Most of the time, college prospects await numbers that will help them qualify for a scholarship, and this is just to get in on time. Chase Vasser of Chestatee HS (GA) has received news of a different sort and it comes at just the right time.

Most of the time, college prospects await numbers that will help them qualify for a scholarship, and this is just to get in on time. Chase Vasser of Chestatee HS (GA) has received news that he has the scores necessary on the right tests and that he can enroll early at Georgia.

Vasser has passed all of his graduation tests and has taken and passed all of the required core classes, as well. He is very excited about these results in particular because they give him the chance to get on campus and get settled in.

"I am excited about getting over there and getting used to college life," he said. "I also want to get started with football and go through spring."

Another number that Vasser reported was 12, which is roughly the amount of weight he has gained. He will undoubtedly hold much more weight, but 12 pounds is an excellent start.

This is great news both for Vasser and for UGA for obvious reasons, but, ultimately, it reaffirms the standout LBs commitment to the Dawgs.
