Encino (Calif.) Crespi had one of the toughest defenses in the Southern Section a year ago, and class of 2010 prospect Lucky Radley was a big part of their defense.
Radley was second on the team with 101 tackles, five sacks, two picks and an interception from his linebacker spot, helping the Celts to the CIF-SS Pac-5 title game. He also ran for a touchdown.
He had a solid performance at the UnderArmour/Scout.com Combine in Los Angeles, then stood out at the UCLA and USC summer camps before wrapping up his camp circuit with another fine showing at the B2G Elite Football Program.
Though he plays linebacker for Crespi, his size will prompt a move to safety, where he's already set to play, and his physical play coupled with his good quickness and coverage should allow the transition to be easy.
Here are clips of Radley from his 2007 sophomore season.
