It looks to be the battle of Los Angeles for John Martinez. The 6-foot-3, 270-pound guard prospect from Cottonwood High School in Salt Lake City, Utah - ranked the No. 3 guard nationall by Scout.com - has USC and UCLA deadlocked, and isn't sure what's going to turn the tide in either direction.
"
UCLA
has the facilities, but
USC
has my game," Martinez told Scout.com Wednesday. "It's going to be a hard decision."
Martinez, who told Scout that he plans on making his final decision after the Colts' season is complete, will be taking official visits to USC when they host
Ohio State
(9/13) and to
LSU
when they host
Georgia
(10/25). While the Trojans and Bruins are deadlocked, Martinez has the Buckeyes next on his list, followed by the Tigers. All four have offered.
