Corona (Calif.) Santiago cornerback Sean Martin, one of the top corners in the West, picked up his first Pac-10 offer on Thursday.
"I got an offer from Oregon State today," said Martin.
The Beavers are a team that Martin is plenty familiar with; his Santiago teammate and close friend, Ryan McCants, is a redshirt freshman running back for the Beavers.
Oregon State joins Minnesota and UNLV in offering Martin.
Martin had a very good evaluation period, earning all-camp honors at the Badger/New Level 7on7 Tournament in Las Vegas and then all-combine honors at the UnderArmour/Scout.com Combine in Los Angeles in May.
During his 2007 junior season, Martin had 116 tackles and one interception and had an eye-popping 27 tackles against Riverside (Calif.) La Sierra in week three. Martin had a three game stretch with 55 tackles.
