For two years now we've been hearing about an athlete from DePaul Catholic High School that could grab a roll of quarters of the top of a backboard from Bobby Cervino, the father of Syracuse receiver Chaz Cervino. After blowing it up in the four games he played his sophomore season Shakim Phillips is ready to show the country what he can do with a full season as a junior.

Shakim Phillips is an awesome athlete anyway you slice it, boasting a 38-inch vertical leap, 4.53 40-yard dash and 15-point per game scoring average on DePaul Catholic's basketball team. The 6-foot-2, 195-pound wide receiver from Wayne, N.J., has already been told by two programs that he'll have offers in his mailbox on September 1st and after others see him as a junior he could be one of the best...
