Whitley Adds Offer, Remains Committed Premium Story

Nickoe Whitley had to learn a new offensive system last year after transferring from Murrah to Provine. A year late and a year wiser, Nickoe will be called on to do a whole lot more. The talented Mr. Whitley is one of the only starters returning on offense for the Rams.
