"Those are the definitely two I'm sure about," he said. "It's a hard process and especially since I can only pick five visits I can go on."
Recent articles and chat by people in the know have pegged Colorado a major contender. So preplexed by his previous answer, I asked, "where does Colorado fit in with your plans?"
"I'm probably going to be taking a visit up there too, they've been recruiting me the hardest so far."
Hilliard elaborated on the three schools he plans on visiting.
"At Nebraska I met Coach (Bo) Pelini, I really liked his intensity and interaction with the players and coaches, and they're really such a great football school."
"Stanford is the ultimate mix of academics and athletics, so no matter what I do athletically I can always have a great education to fall back on."
"I've just built such a great relationship with Colorado, they've really just sold me on the fact that Colorado is going to become an ultimate powerhouse once again and I would like to be a part of that. Also the coaches were such characters when I went to the camps and I'm excited to go back."
Hilliard plans on waiting until he finishes the season before making the call.
"I plan on making a decision before signing day hopefully, because I can't really take my visits during the season since I'm so far away. I may decide even earlier if I go to the Army All- American Game."
"I really do think that with me, it's all about people and how they treat others and how they are in character. I think those five visits are going to be key to seeing how the coaches interact with their players, especially the head coach and his outlook. I'm all about the coaches and how they view me in the their program."
