Virginia Beach (Va.) Oscar F. Smith wide receiver Timothy Smith, 6-foot-1 and 185-pounds, holds a number of D-I offers. He currently seems fixed on West Virginia, Louisville, South Carolina and Virginia and will likely make a decision near the end of October or early November.
Smith carries a 2.9 GPA and has scored a 22 on the ACT. He runs a 4.34 in 40yard dash, bench presses 275 pounds and has vertical jumped 39”.
As a junior, Smith caught 22 passes for 515 yards and five touchdowns. He also had four return touchdowns, while playing behind two D-I seniors at wide receiver.
