Drew was the victim of a horrible accident earlier this summer. Bouchillon lost both of his legs and nearly lost his life.
Tate County residents have come out in force to help Drew and his family during this difficult time.
It is extremely difficult to come to grips with how one so young is having to deal with such a tragic and life altering event.
Happiness comes in extremely small doses, but Magnolia Heights senior quarterback Cameron Lawrence and the rest of Drew's teammates will attempt to show just how much they love Drew and his family when they take the field this Friday night.
"We are dedicating our season to Drew," said Cameron. "The first game of the year we are going to carry his jersey out onto the field with us to start the game."
That moment will bring about a mix of emotions that Lawrence has difficulty describing even now.
"It's going to be very emotional for all of us," said Cameron. "It's going to be very touching for all of the players and I know it's really going to touch the fans."
The Magnolia Heights family was rocked to it's core when news spread of Drew's accident. They began to rally around him and his family.
As time went on, Drew's true grit and courage became an encouragement for those who were there to encourage him.
"Just to see him fight and to see him go through what all he has had to go through has inspired all of us," said Cameron. "I know it's made all of us want to fight even harder. There's been so much bad come from all of this, that's been one good thing that has come from it. He's inspired us all to fight even harder. I am really proud of him."
