As he's done the past few years, Ron Siegel - the man 'who knows where they are' - has given Scout.com permission to release his 2008 Pre-Season All-State Senior team. Also included are more 'Seniors to Watch', as well as the second annual Pre-Season All-State Junior team in the state of Washington.
