One Game at a Time

Game week has officially begun for high school programs across the country. Meridian High School begins their season as the odds on favorite to win 5A south and play for a state title. This past weekend the Wildcats met up with five time defending 5A state champion South Panola in a jamboree at Louisville High School.

Meridian ended up on the winning side of the ledger this time out. Wildcat quarterback Tyler Russell is quick to point out that even though the contest was just a jamboree, it was exactly the result the team needed.
