Redman Holds Two, Waiting on One
Weak side linebacker Taige Redman is holding offers from both Ohio and Marshall and while both of those schools would be good places for the 6-foot, 200-pounder to attend, he is still holding out hope that West Virginia will make him the offer he can't refuse. "I have offers from Marshall and Ohio now," Redman said. "I like it down at Marshall, but I think I like Ohio more right now and would favor them if I had to decide now. I just need to ask more specific questions about Marshall and learn more about their program and school at this point. Regardless, I like both programs a lot." "West Virginia is showing significant interest," Redman explained. "I went down this past weekend to watch them play Villanova and I really had a blast. It's absolutely unreal in Morgantown and I've just never seen anything like that atmosphere in my life. WVU is very special to me because it's not only a team I love, but they also represent my home state. The players and coaches already treat me like I'm a part of the team and I'm really hoping for an offer because they would definitely be my top choice if they did." The Keyser High School product carries a 3.0 GPA and scored an 18 on his ACT.
