La Tech to receive visit from OT Ashton Tyler

The Bulldogs will receive an unofficial visit at their next home game from the 6' 6", 265 pound offensive tackle out of LW Higgins (LA).

"Ashton was offered by La Tech a few weeks back, and we are taking him over there for their next home game to check them out," stated Ashton's father, Kermit Tyler.

The Bulldogs are the team to beat for Tyler's services.

"They have recruited Ashton the hardest and he just feels at home around their staff. They will be hard to beat out."

Tyler had a chance to go against one of the top defensive tackles in the Bayou state last Friday.

"Ashton faced Darrington Sentimore and came out on top. Ashton keeps getting better and better. He really held Sentimore in check and he never touched the QB."
