Saguaro's Brown Gets First Offer

Transfer Erik Brown offered today by Mountain West program

Scout.com has learned that WR/CB/Return man Erik Brown from Scottsdale (Az.) Saguaro High School has received his first offer.

The offer comes from Colorado State.

Brown tells us, "It feels great to finally get my first one, I can finally relax now." He adds, "I was watching film on Paradise Valley and my coach told me that they (CSU) offered."

Brown (5-11 185) has made a huge impact for the two-time defending state champion Saguaro Sabercats since transferring from Converse, Texas, rushing the ball 9 times for 144 yards and 3 TDs, catching 5 passes for 112 yards, recording 7 tackles and a pick and he has averaged 30 yards per punt return and 45 yards per kickoff return.
