Doris Sullivan of the Pacific Islands Athletic Alliance has confirmed that Mana Rosa, a 6-foot-3, 250-pound defensive end from Baldwin High School on the island of Maui has verbally committed to Oregon State over offers from Hawai'i, UNLV and Utah. Scout.com ranks Rosa as the No. 54 DE nationally, and he's the No. 5 player in the state of Hawai'i.
