Illini Add Another Solid Lineman

The University of Illinois has commitments from some of the best offensive lineman in the Midwest. They added another this past week.

Ben Amundsen, a 6-foot-5, 280-pound, offensive lineman from Moline, Illinois says he found the perfect fit.

"I'm going to Illinois," Amundsen said. "I've been around the program at Illinois for the past two years and I'm comfortable with everyone at the school. I have friends who go to Illinois also.

"I was supposed to go to Northwestern this weekend but I didn't want to waste their time. So I made my decision on Wednesday (12-4)."

Amundsen was named all-state in 2002 by the Illinois High School Coaches.
