Breaking News from Scout.com: Wheat Ridge Safety Parker Orms is a Buff

Jeff Stroud from PrepColorado.com has confirmed that safety Parker Orms from Wheat Ridge (Co.) High School has committed to the University of Colorado.

Stroud confirmed through Orms' father Glenn that Parker committed while on his visit to CU this weekend.

Mr. Orms says, "The DBs coach Greg Brown was really pushing for him and when they offered on the visit, he committed."

Orms also had offers from Wyoming and UNLV.

Orms and his Wheat Ridge teammates are currently in the semi-finals of the state playoffs. Orms has rushed for over 2,000 yards on the season but is being recruited to play safety at CU.
