Goodlow reschedules Northwestern visit

OLB/S Roderick Goodlow

As the regular season finishes up and the recruiting season heats up more and more players are taking visits as their football season is over. Roderick Goodlow of Dallas Adamson has been on several visits so far and had a visit scheduled to Northwestern when scout.com talked with him.

Roderick Goodlow has been on quite an adventure in his recruitment. From his visit to several camps during the summer to his senior football season and now his official visits. With a visit scheduled for Northwestern this past weekend we called Goodlow and asked how the visit went.

"Actually I rescheduled for Decemeber fifth", said the defensive recruit.

Though he hails from Texas the visits in the heart of the winter time does not faze the Adamson standout.

"I don't mind the cold".

As evidence you have his upcoming trip to Northwestern now on December fifth. The saying is that the coldest winter ever is summer in Chicago but Goodlow does not mind.

His top five have changed somewhat but he has a solid top five now.

"My top five would be Kansas, Notre Dame, Wisconsin, LA Tech and Northwestern."

Wisconsin and Notre Dame are recruiting him as a safety while, "everyone else is recruiting me as a linebacker". He has no preference as to what position he would like to play saying, "whatever gets me on the field".

As for what he wants to major in Goodlow already knows that, "I am going into business and sports marketing"

We will check back in with Goodlow after his Northwestern visit.
