Hawaii has done an outstanding job of keeping players in-state in the 2009 recruiting class and one of their best commits is receiver Billy Ray Stutzmann from Honolulu St. Louis.

Stutzmann had another solid season for St. Louis and finished with eight touchdowns and averaged 15 yards a catch.
