Alejandro Andrade is a two-way athlete from Bardonia, N.Y., that is a tad undersized, but plans to show this summer in camps that he is worthy of a scholarship. Last season he was productive on both offense and defense for his high school and is hoping to hear from his dream school at one point.

Alejandro Andrade, a 5-foot-8, 170-pound cornerback from Albertus Magnus High School in Bardonia, N.Y., has started to pick up some interest in schools so far, but while he likes all of them, he still maintains he is hoping Nebraska calls at some point.

“So far I’m getting letters from Syracuse, Toledo and Temple,” Andrade said. “Temple and Toledo invited me to camp this summer and while I don’t know if I’ll be going to Toledo I’ll definitely stop down at Temple.”

“I’m really hoping to get some stuff from Nebraska as they’re my dream school. I’ve always loved them and want to show them I can play at that level.”

Andrade had 56 tackles, 10 pass break ups and an interception as a junior. On offense, he carried the ball 50 times for 567 yards and five touchdowns.
