Compton (Calif.) Dominguez offensive lineman Jamaal Burrell (6-5, 270), took his second official visit this past weekend, taking a trip to Arizona.
“I liked it out there,” said Burrell. “Jovan Hayes from Dorsey was my host. I had a good time on the visit.”
Burrell spent most of the visit with coach Mike Tuiasosopo, who made a good impression on him.
“Coach Tui showed me around and I really like him,” said Burrell.
After the visit, Burrell said that the Wildcats joined Oregon as one of his top two schools.
“Oregon and Arizona are my two leaders,” said Burrell. “Arizona is coming in this week for an in-home.”
Burrell is scheduled to visit Washington and New Mexico the next two weekends, but said they may not be taken.
“I may still visit New Mexico and Washington but I don’t know. I’m just keeping my options open.”
