Scout.com brings you senior highlights of offensive tackle Charles Ragland from Denver (Co.) Mullen HS.

Ragland (6-8 285) was a mystery man through much of the recruiting process. Few had heard of Ragland until he landed offers from Arizona State, Kansas State, Colorado and Colorado State before eventually committing to Cal after a standout senior season.
