After months of speculation and predictions, Delaware wide receiver prospect Justin Brown finally…
Brown Will Announce on Signing Day
One of the nation's top wide receiver prospects will be taking things down to the final hours on signing day before making his college intentions known as four-star wide receiver Justin Brown has let Scout.com know that he'll be announcing on national signing day. The 6-foot-3.5, 215-pound receiver will pick between Rutgers and Penn State, but until then all we can do is speculate on where he will go. "I'm holding a press conference on signing day at my high school around 2:30 pm and will sign my letter of intent then," Brown said. "I will be choosing between Penn State and Rutgers and that's it. Miami came in this week and told me they were offering me a scholarship, but I told them that I wasn't interested in other schools at this point and had my final two." As for where Brown will go, anyone's guess is as good as another's. After he visited Penn State recently reliable sources had Brown making a silent commitment to the Nittany Lions, however Brown has been meeting up with Rutgers quarterback commitment Tom Savage locally to throw the ball around as well, so while those sources are reliable, one does have to wonder if Brown has indeed solidified any decision. Couple that with the fact that Brown gives absolutely no hints and Scout.com is essentially in the same boat as the fan bases of these two schools, which is to just wait for signing day.
