Gaston Still Visiting
Harris Gaston profile "I am visiting Mississippi State this weekend," said Harris. "Coach Torbush is my recruiting coach. He wanted me to come take a visit and meet the new staff. I have been there before when Coach Croom and his staff was there and I was there for a passing camp." Gaston committed to Auburn fairly early in the process over offers from Kentucky and Mississippi State. Harris reports despite his committed status, he still contemplated his other options. "I was always going to take a visit to Mississippi State since they offered me a scholarship," said the hard hitting linebacker. "Coach Torbush got me a little more interested in the program, so I decided to go ahead and take the visit this weekend." Even though Gaston is going to see take the guided tour of the Mississippi State campus, he still considers himself an Auburn commitment. "Everything is still the same with Auburn," said Harris. "They know I am visiting this weekend. They understand. Mississippi State is still a possibility. It's going to depend on how this visit goes. I want to see how the new coaches are and all of that." Sounding more undecided than committed, the Bessemer product reports he does not plan to make a final announcement regarding his signing day destination until a few hours before he puts pen to paper making his choice official. "I am going to make a final decision on Tuesday night and then let everybody know," said Harris. "I am going to pick from Auburn, Mississippi State and Kentucky."
