With the 2009 class about to be signed, sealed and delivered, it's time to look ahead a little to who tops the very early list for next year's top recruits in the Northwest. Just like it was with Manti Te'o this year, getting the top spot right for 2010 didn't take a lot of debate. He's Scout.com's No. 1 quarterback nationally for the junior class, and he currently holds 19 scholarship offers.
The next two spots are both covered by big, rangy athletes that have already committed to
Oregon
and
BYU
, respectively. We will expand this list to 100 after the May evaluation period, but for right now these 50 prospects are the ones we feel have the best chance right now to make an impact at the next level.
