West Catholic High School in Philadelphia, Pa., had a talented enough roster to take them to the Pennsylvania Class AA State Championship this year mostly due to their offense, however one of their defensive players gave his verbal pledge on Tuesday as well.

Chris Williams, a 6-foot-2, 220-pound linebacker from West Catholic High School emailed Scout.com on Tuesday night to let us know he has given a verbal commitment to play for Central Connecticut State.
