Stan Hasiak, a 6-foot-6, 315-pound offensive lineman from Kapolei, Hawai'i ended an exciting recruiting process on Signing Day Wednesday, sticking with an earlier verbal commitment.

The UCLA Bruins won a hard-fought battle over the California Golden Bears for Hasiak's services, as he was one of approximately 45 or so Hawaiian prospects who signed their letters of intent during the Fifth Annual PIAA NLI Signing Day Party at the Blaisdell Center in Honolulu Wednesday morning.

Ranked as one of the top-10 guard prospects in the country and the No. 8 prospect regardless of position in the Northwest region by Scout.com, Hasiak visited four schools; California, UCLA, Michigan and Washington.

He verbally committed once before to UCLA, back in October, but opened the recruiting process back up and then decided California was the place for him before ultimately coming back full-circle and signing with the Bruins.
