6-1/215 pound WLB out of Mulvane (Kansas) High School as it brings him one step closer to playing football.
Tharp missed his entire senior season with an ACL injury and has been itching to get back on the field ever since.
"I am ready to get out there. I think I want to get out there more than anyone because I missed my senior season," said Tharp in a recent interview. "I'm excited to be a Jayhawk."
Since his injury, Tharp has worked overtime in order to get healthy and will be ready to go for the start of fall ball.
