KU Weathered the Storm

The prized recruit of the KU class is signed, seals, and faxed......

I have been high on CB Prinz Kande from the first time that I laid my eyes on him. He brings to Kansas everything you look for in a recruit; he played against top talent in Texas, he brings a winning attitude (played on the national No.1 ranked team), and he is a gifted football player (O-D All-American Game Alumnus) with character to match and when KU took his commitment back in June, they knew that they would be in a dog fight in order to keep him.

That what was inevitable as Nebraska, Oklahoma State, and Louisville came knocking but the nations 28th rank CB was unwavering in his commitment.Today, he sent in is LOI and is officially a Jayhawk. I imagine that Kande's faxed led to a huge sigh of relief by the Kansas staff followed extreme cheering and excitement.
